What’s the difference between normal coffee and expresso?
Other than the fact that expresso keeps you more energetic.
Sorry, I know very little about coffee in general.

Espresso actually has the same amount of caffeine as regular coffee, we just usually use more of it in a drink. A double shot has the same caf as a regular sized cup of coffee so that quad shot latte packs a punch. Espresso is simply a coffee that is very dark roasted for a deeper, rather bitter flavor.
