| US $4.50 End Date: Sunday May-20-2012 18:36:26 PDT Buy It Now for only: US $4.50 Buy it now | Add to watch list |
The coffee club concept is relatively new but is taking the world by storm. Reward yourself or your friends and relatives with coffee clubs by joining up and saving loads. Each month, you will get a shipment of coffee delivered direct to your door. This is a great way to taste new coffees, sample different varieties, find a brew that you really like and ultimately avoid a trip to the store to buy your favorite coffee. Automatic shipment is very convenient, especially if you like your coffee first thing in the morning because this means you will never run out when you need it the most.
Clubs are now springing up all over America and different clubs have different offerings so it is easy to find one that suits you. Most clubs offer a coffee of the month and/or your choice of flavors. With flavors you can choose what coffee you want delivered each month, or allow the company to surprise you. Depending on the club, it could be your favorite flavor, or a different flavor every month. Amounts vary from company to company also. Usually it is one pound per month, but you can order more if you desire.
Some clubs even offer newsletter subscriptions with informative articles about the month's featured coffee as well as coffee recipes and helpful hints about coffee making and removing coffee stains. When you join one of these clubs, you are also usually entitled to a members-only discount. If the company has a sale or special offering, generally the club members will be the first to hear about it through the newsletter. In addition to coffee, gourmet coffee clubs sometimes include extras like coffee mugs or books with coffee recipes in them.
With clubs, the membership terms are usually fairy flexible. You can usually choose the length of your club membership, from three to twelve months, whether you want whole beans or ground, the type of grind you would like and finally, you can choose flavored or regular, caffeinated or decaf coffee. The choices are endless and are designed to cater specifically for each person’s tastes. This is more work for the club but at the end of the day is done to induce you to buy more coffee.
An idea for a coffee gift is a coffee club membership. This is where you purchase a subscription for a coffee of the month club, and your recipient gets coffee delivered to them each month. Gourmet coffee clubs make a great gift idea for holidays, birthdays, or as thank you gifts. you are looking for a unique business gift, think about giving a coffee club subscription. Most people appreciate a good cup of coffee; it is enjoyed around the world. This is one gift that transcends borders. Your recipient will like the convenience of having the coffee delivered on schedule, without having to reorder all the time. If you give a club subscription as a gift, you will be able to send a gift card or letter to your recipient, notifying them of your gift membership.

High Calorie Coffee Drinks – Just in Time for the Holidays
| US $2.99 End Date: Monday May-21-2012 20:49:23 PDT Buy It Now for only: US $2.99 Buy it now | Add to watch list |
With the Holidays fast approaching we tend to drink more coffee and eat a lot more desserts. Its gets really bad on the waistline when our coffee starts to have as many calories as a dessert, but unfortunately many specialty coffee drinks are like a dessert, not something you should consume on a daily basis unless you give them the caloric respect they deserve.
How much damage can your favorite coffee drink do in additional calories added to your diet? The fancier the drink, the fancier the calories - especially when you opt for the whipped topping. An extra 200 calories a day can add up to 21 extra pounds added to your body per year!
If you can't give up your daily gourmet guzzle, know what calories you are adding to your body before you make your decision on which coffee drink to purchase. You don't need to give up your favorite coffee drink, but just adjust your coffee order to make it more calories conscious.
Try the following tips to make your next coffee drink more guilt-free:
Black Coffee - It is not the coffee that makes you gain weight, but all the extras that go in the drink. A medium-size regular cup of coffee has about 10 calories and 0 grams of sugar. You can control how much of those extras you put in your coffee. So order a black coffee and ask for the extras on the side and pour them in yourself.
Whipping Cream - By saying NO to whipped cream, you can reduce your calories of the drink about 80 to 130 calories. This will also reduce the fat content of your drink by about 8 to 12 grams.
Sweeteners - Request that whey use a calorie-free sweetener like Sweet'N Low, Splenda, or Equal instead of sugar.
Sugar-Free Syrup - Usually the coffee shop will have some sugar-free syrup. The sugar-free syrup adds no additional calories or fat to your drink.
Chocolate - A tablespoon of chocolate syrup is 50 calories. Some coffee drinks with chocolate contain as much as 1/4 cup (1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons = 200 calories). A light version of chocolate syrup gives you about 1/2 the calories.
Milk - User reduced fat or skim milk instead of cream when ordering your drink. You can save up to 140 calories by using this in your coffee drinks.

Coffee Italian Style
| US $177.50 (12 Bids) End Date: Friday May-18-2012 20:20:49 PDT Bid now | Add to watch list |
The Italians have all sorts of names for it - espresso, caffe normale, cappuccino, caffe corretto, granite di caffe con panna, among others. How many types of pastas are there in Italy? That's how many different names one small tazza of Italian coffee has.
Certainly, Italian coffee is more than just a beverage for the passionate Italian. A cup of Italian coffee is a form of art and for every occasion, for every mood, you are guaranteed to get one that fits perfectly.
In Search of the Perfect Tazza
The possibilities of Italian coffee are enough to bewilder anyone who has the taste for coffee but not the tongue for its numerously confusing names. So what kind of Italian coffee should you order in a caffe? Here is a list of some of the most popular caffeine-laden drinks that you will typically find in an Italian caffe:
* Caffe - generally a small cup of very strong coffee; often referred to as espresso but be sure to pronounce it with an 's' instead of expresso.
* Caffe Americano - this is American-style coffee but stronger
* Caffe corretto - coffee "corrected" with a shot of grappa, cognac, or other spirits
* Caffe fredo - iced coffee drink
* Caffe hag - decaffeinated coffee
* Caffe latte - coffee mixed with hot milk; usually served in a glass for breakfast
* Caffe macchiato - espresso "stained" with a drop of steamed milk; really a small version of cappuccino
* Cappuccino - espresso infused with steamed milk and drunk in the mornings; never ever order this after lunch or dinner
* Granitadi di caffe con panne - iced coffee with whipped cream
Italians don't drink coffee with any meal. In that regard, they are much like the French. The only exception is during breakfast when cappuccino is served with brioche and other breakfast treats. Most of the time, Italian coffee is only ordered after a meal and only the unwitting tourist orders cappuccino in a restaurant after lunch or dinner.
When you do order for Italian coffee after a meal, don't ask for an espresso. Ask for un caffe, per favore.
How Italian Coffee is Made
There as many espresso machines in Italy as there are Italian coffee. From fully automatic espresso machines to lever piston espresso machines to even the classic aluminum espresso coffee maker, the choices are widely varied.
And just when you think you've got everything down, there are also the debates regarding the specific bean type to use. Italian coffee is often a heated battle between blade and burr grinders and factors like tamp pressure, water temperature, and humidity.
Lovers of Italian coffee even have their favorite caffeine haunts in the form of local torrefazione or coffee houses and barista who are valued for their ability to deliver a perfect caffe espresso.

Coffee Maker Recipes

Coffee lovers rejoice! There are actually recipes available that incorporate coffee as the main flavor. Your coffee maker can help you to prepare these meals.
Everyone has heard of using coffee flavors in dessert. But you can also add a distinctive flavor to lots of other dishes as well. This can be done by making barbecue sauces and glazes for your meats with a coffee recipe. You can also put coffee in your favorite chili or pot roast recipe.
It is always better to use fresh ingredients in a recipe and coffee is no exception. Make sure that it is fresh by buying it freshly ground or by grinding your own. (Which is a great reason to have your own coffee grinding machine!) If your recipe calls for brewed coffee, don't use some that has been sitting around since morning time. Brew your coffee right before using it. You will want to make the coffee you put in your recipes stronger than what you would drink because it is going to be mixed in with other ingredients.
Here are a few recipes for you to try.
Coffee Meatloaf Sauce: Combine a quarter cup of each of these ingredients: water, dry red wine and worcestershire sauce. Add one half cup of ketchup, two teaspoons of vinegar, two tablespoons of lemon juice, a teaspoon of brown sugar and an ounce of margarine. Mix and add one tablespoon of instant coffee. Prepare you favorite meatloaf recipe and place it in a preheated 375 degree oven. After it cooks for 1/2 hour, pour the sauce over it and continue to bake for 45 more minutes. It will come out tender and delicious!
Espresso Brownies: Heat a cup of sugar, a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Add one teaspoon of vanilla, 4 ounces of chopped, semi-sweet chocolate and stir until melted together. Then add one tablespoon of dark roast coffee and mix everything together and let it cool down. Fold in three eggs and a cup of flour. Pour your mixture into a 8 x 11 inch baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for thirty minutes. Yum!
Quick Coffee Sauce: Combine one cup of sugar with one cup of strong Colombian coffee. Boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Turn the heat down and simmer for three more minutes. Let it cool and use it to pour over any kind of meal.

Varieties of gourmet flavored coffee

Though a few diehard coffee connoisseurs may argue that coffee is not meant to be flavored, there are a lot of regular coffee addicts who would wish to try all the different gourmet flavored coffee available in the market. There is a wide range of coffee flavors- some truly exotic, some sweet, some with strong flavor. The different coffee flavors include butter cream, almond, vanilla nut, vanilla almond and chocolate. Open-minded coffee lovers can enjoy different flavors and drink a cup of coffee with different flavors every day.
Coffee is arguably the world’s most popular beverage and the quality of coffee has gone through many changes, developments and upgrades. Even for a casual morning coffee drinker, there’s nothing to tickle the palate quite like a hot mug of smooth gourmet coffee.
As most of us are aware, there are two types of coffee - Arabica and Robusta. Robusta coffee contains maximum caffeine and also economically priced. Arabica, which is commonly known as gourmet coffee is the best grade of coffee. Coffee enthusiasts will tell you that gourmet coffee has a much better smell and more desirable flavors than Robusta.
What is gourmet flavored coffee? It is adding different flavors to the coffee after it has been roasted. Many people think that gourmet coffee has a limited choice of flavors. This is not true as coffee addicts, fond of experimenting, will tell you there are more than a hundred types of gourmet coffee flavors for one to choose from. You can find that gourmet coffee of this nature is already ground, but you can also get different flavors of fresh and ready-to-use coffee beans.
As a matter of fact, it is preferable that true coffee lovers should get a coffee machine to make one’s own gourmet flavored coffee in. With own coffee machines, you can easily get a much better flavor out of the coffee beans and this will help you enjoy your gourmet coffee of much finer quality.
As a gourmet flavored coffee, hazelnut coffee cannot be improved upon especially if you enjoy coffee on a cold winter day. There is the chocolate flavored coffee that is somewhat sweet and perfect for most young people who may not opt for the natural bitterness of coffee. Few people are fond of caramel coffee. This is certainly sweet to taste but the real coffee addicts will probably not enjoy this flavor too much despite its popularity.
There are also gourmet coffee flavors like blueberry cinnamon, walnut, chestnut, peanut butter, chocolate raspberry, French vanilla, Irish cream, Seville orange, maple, Swiss mocha, peppermint, pumpkin spice, amaretto amongst many others.
There are gourmet flavored coffees that are caffeinated and those that are decaffeinated. If you have a sensitive stomach, you can even find gourmet coffee that is gentler and low in acid.
Here are a few tips if you are really interested in relishing flavored coffee. First of all, you must clean your coffee cup after you have prepared one flavor of coffee. This is necessary if you want to try a different flavored coffee using the same cup. Secondly, you must use immaculate water as water content may affect the flavor of the coffee. Another important aspect is if you wish to have fresh flavor every time, you should only grind the bean for each requirement.

Gourmet Coffee And Coffee Buying Tips
| US $8.50 End Date: Sunday May-20-2012 19:52:02 PDT Buy It Now for only: US $8.50 Buy it now | Add to watch list |
Whilst you are hunting for gourmet coffee or an associated food and drink accessory it is essential that you make use of the large number of articles that are provided on a great many of the coffee related websites or directories, in other words if you are hunting for an italian coffee pot or a german coffee jug then locating some first hand guidance from a coffee professional is bound to supply you with an advantage over other shoppers.
You should be particularly wary if the so called "coffee expert" gives a product guide but also has a buying button on his or her own website, for example if you should find a really hot review on latte coffee and there just happens to be a "purchasing" link then the chances are the expert who wrote the review is clearly selling coffee products and such under a pretence. The trick is to look at coffee reviews from specialists who are genuinely interested in this specialist sector of coffee.
The ideal coffee review site will contain a varying variety of reviews on subjects including how to locate the highest quality coffee for your requirements or best coffee product comparisons, furthermore if the writer has many articles more on subjects like bunn easy pure coffee pots or bunn espresso machines but does not provide the reader any clear means in which to get these food and drink products then without a doubt this free coffee guidance is most likely compiled by somebody who just writes and reviews the subject of coffee out of sheer interest.
The coffee manufactures might often contact reliable comparison directories the minute they launch a brand new model, say for a minute some new world coffee blend baskets have just been launched, it is certainly worth the manufacturers sending out a free coffee product for review simply because they can be certain that if the coffee reviewer gives their products the ok then sales of their product are bound to increase.
Sourcing advice on new coffee items is fairly easy however the typical food and drink buyer may need some assistance, depending on the coffee products you want enter these types of search terms into the search engines but ensure you use inverted comma's, for example "write ups on bunn coffee makers" or "gourmet coffee sampler bag kit reviews", this will ensure you locate the exact information you need and also this without wasting too much time.
Another interesting thing about coffee write ups is that if you find them in food and drink journals then most times the items will be offered for free in competitions, you have to remember that these sort of places are given a bundle of coffee focused merchandise to review, On one occasion myself once won a years supply of gourmet coffee which I subsequently auctioned so that I could buy a antique coffee table, this was possible because I was hunting for product guides on coffee table plans, product reviews are absolutely priceless.
